Wow. After being on the market for a total of 628 days, with 2 different listing agents, the Savino short sale at 3921 East Patrick Lane just closed for $535K. This home has a basement so 4747 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, pool and 3 car garage on a cul de sac down the street from Wildfire Elementary and Boys and Girls Club. Originally built by one of the Toll guys who built Aviano, it has some modest modifications from the original Savino floorplan. I know the basement is different from the plans, not sure where that 5th bathroom would go and there is a pass through from the kitchen to the formal dining room that had a beer keg refrigerator. It has been a while since I was in the house. Maybe someone buried the St. Joseph figurine upside down in the front yard to move this sale along.
