Got this from the Aviano HOA:

"Hello Aviano Residents,
The Black Mountain Boulevard SR 51/Loop 101 Interchange to Cave Creek Road project is well underway. The next step of the project is the completion of Black Mountain Boulevard from Rough Rider to Pinnacle Peak. In order to do so, ADOT will be closing the corner of Black Mountain Boulevard and Rough Rider from Bryce Lane to 36th Street beginning Monday, November 3. The closure is expected to last through Friday, November 21. Road closure warning signs will be placed at various points however, Aviano traffic will be allowed through to ensure home access. Please click here for the specific closure/detour plans.

From azcentral.com: "Why would smart people choose Arizona?" is a really nice and short article that outlines the great aspects of this wonderful place.

From DSNews.com: "Fewer Marriages Result in Slow Housing Recovery" So the Millenials cant understand that todays interest rates equate to free money. Based on this article I'd say lets confiscate all the birth control and see if that puts a jolt into housing demand!

And another from azcentral.com: "Toby Keith's to close in Mesa, reopen on High Street". So more good news for City North, In the heart of Desert Ridge. Any better indicator that this is where it is happening?
