Aviano Meetings and Solds
Just got through locking in the very nice meeting room at the Aviano community center for the year 2012. No meeting in July as the first Wednesday is the 4th and there may be something else going on that evening at the community center. Like maybe a 30 minute kick butt fireworks display.
There will be a real estate meeting this Wednesday at 6:30 PM. Free, highly casual and lasts an hour. Bring your laptop and we will surf through last months solds, current active and answer any questions. See you there.

The Savino model at 3956 East Parkside Lane went back to the bank 8.2.11. Opening bid was $388,800 and no investor/buyer bid on it. I happened to look in the kitchen window a year ago and noted it was missing a few things.....like the kitchen. So at some point in the future it will come back on the market.
