New in MLS 5.29.14 priced at $425K was the Sovanna model in building 18 - unit 1242 in The Villages - and since then there have been 31 price changes, most for $1. For the folks that have automated emails for changes to the Villages MLS, I would like to offer my apologies. After 113 days on market that comes to a price change every 3.64 days. I have only been working in real estate for 11 years but would bet that a $1 price change really is not going to get that buyer off the fence. My kids point out that I am wrong on many issues so you never know.

This home sold 3.6.12 for $510K and the feeling of excitement was palpable then knowing that an Ocotillo Collection home had broken the $500K mark. The Mirador model at 3964 East Expedition Way is now in UCB status so under contract accepting backups. 6/6.5/pool/spa/4 car garage and 6850 sq ft which includes the basement. This was the most popular model in Aviano during the contruction days and still is.
