Much bigger pool than other Ocotillo Collection homes I have been in. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a 2 car garage. Backs to Rough Rider across from the lot that will someday hold building 23 in the Villages at Aviano.

I am a big fan of Bella Monte Condominiums North of Deer Valley Road and West of 56th Street. Unit 2025 is a C2 floorplan (C1 are on the first floor, C2 on the second but they are almost identical and this helps simple folk like me keep things straight). 1843 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage. This unit just leased for $1850 a month. I'll let the pictures do the talking.
