Aviano San Mateo Sells
A great discussion was had by all in last nights monthly real estate meeting. Next date is 1.5.11 at 6:30 PM at the Aviano Community Center. After the meeting I was asked about flooring. After coming home and discussing the flooring conversation with my wife it appears that my flooring knowledge is flawed. So if you are reading this Satyanarayana, please forget the flooring advice I gave you and do what you want. Society will be better off if I keep my interior design opinions to myself! See you all at the next meeting in 2011.
The Arizona Animal Welfare League needs your help. There are over 50 dogs on the dog adoption page and all of them look great. Click Here and check out some of these great animals. Pets do enrich our lives and would make a great addition to any home for Christmas.

The San Mateo at 3675 East Louise Drive closed for $430K or $126 a sq ft. This short sale was listed 1.27.10 for $475K which was reduced to $450K and eventually sold for $430K. There is a tenant in the home with a lease through August of 2011 which is why it took awhile for a buyer to step up. The location is also tough as it backs to Deer Valley and sides to the 36th Run entrance into Aviano from Deer Valley. A very nice home on the inside and a great, wide but not deep backyard with pool and a bbq. Full height mirrors in the baths and slab granite in the kitchen with staggered cabinets.
I updated the Aviano sold list and will have it up on the blog today. YTD I count 83 sales in Aviano. Currently there are 6 active, 6 AWC-I and 15 pending. Fireside has 37 sold YTD with 12 active listings ranging from $223K to $725K, 4 AWC-I and 3 pending.
