Aviano - The Quiet, Sleepy MLS Town
A very quiet weekend from an MLS perspective.
The normal sale Brezza at 3957 east Sandpiper Lane was taken temporarily off market after 66 days as an active listing. There are now 14 homes listed as "active" in Aviano; 4 are truly active between $385K and $435K and only one of those is a normal sale. That would be the very nice Brezza model at 3976 East Hummingbird Lane priced at $405K. The rest are short sales. You have to go to $630K to get to the next normal sale - a Blanca model on 36th way. There is just not much out there.
For the life of me I can not understand why the very, very nice Del Oro model at 3519 East Tracker Trail is not leased. I have been in this home and it is very nice. Huge bedrooms for the kids. No evidence at all it is built on indian burial ground or part of some vortex of evil. Just a great home, with nice amenities in a great location. $3200 a month unfurnished.
