My industry is going through cathartic change. It is truly amazing to watch. I set up Google alerts for all the keywords related to Desert Ridge and I am amazed by the sheer volume of Realtors sending out the listings for areas in Desert Ridge. Even Helen Keller can get a glimpse of every listing in Desert Ridge with just a few keystrokes.
But spamming listings does not prove you know what the trends and happenings are going on in these neighborhoods. I will continue to add a layer or two of meaty content and analysis to my blogs and will be here long after those who excel in technology but don't get the details are gone.
