5 a month sell like clockwork. The variable is the total number of active listings which is actually 38 for a 7.13 month supply of inventory. Median comparable sales price is up and median comparable sales days on market is down. If a home is priced at fair market value, is located well and is the exact model a buyer is looking for it will go quickly. Otherwise look out.
