Our President supports a plan that would eliminate a tax loophole like.......the mortgage interest deduction. I plan to write a strongly worded letter to the President of Purdue University advising him that this is not the type of economics that I was taught. Beer, girls and motorcycles did distract me to be sure. Taking an industry in distress and severing one of its' greatest economic benefits - one that has been around for 98 years - is a concept I surely would have noticed.
The short sale Mirasol at 23002 North 39th Terrace is now under contract. Last priced at $525K, it was an approved price from the bank. The listing agent asked all for their highest and best so we will see what happens. 3563 sq ft times the average of 2 story sales in 2011 of $120 a sq ft comes to $428K but there are nice upgrades and a good location for this home. 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, pool and 3 car garage. I had many calls to see this home. 4747 sq ft built in 2004 with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, pool and 3 car garage. Built by one of the Toll Brothers guys who built Aviano, this home is highly modified and upgraded.
