BlogAviano had 2403 visitors in September. Not bad for not knowing what I am doing. Also had a 23% bounce rate, 2:07 average time on site and 3 pages viewed on average on a visit. visitors came from the US, Canada, Brazil, Italy and Estonia. I know the guy in Estonia so that makes sense! How different from 15 years ago when getting an ad on the back of the phone book was a huge score. So much has changed but all of it is periphery stuff. A relationship and accomplishing a goal are the aspects of the business that don't change. And thanks to human emotion - the function of a Realtor will remain a viable profession for many years. We hold it together when buyers and sellers want to get icky.

Normal sale San Benito model at 22317 North 39th Street for $657K or $220.40 for each of the 2981 sq ft.
The La Verna model at 3516 East Hashknife Road leased for $3K per month unfurnished. It was also available for sale and that listing is temporarily off the market.
Two homes were under contract and are now back on the market.

The Velez model at 22612 North 39th Terrace priced at $600K.
