Service 1st Fire Protection came out to do some work on the fire sprinkler system at my house. I had trouble with a leaky sprinkler head at my old home and now have my system looked at regularly. Looking into Fireside for a friend turned up some interesting stats. Since 5.1.10 there have been 15 closed sales in MLS in Fireside with and average sale price per sq ft of $147. In Aviano there have been 29 sales with an average sale price of $125 a sq ft since 5.1.10.

After having a sign up for at least a month, the bank owned San Benito at 3997 East Robin Lane is on the market for $424,900 or $139 for each of the 3053 sq ft. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a tandem 3 car garage but the 3rd bay of the garage is taken up by lots of built in storage.
