Recently celebrating my birthday, we took the kids to Wet and Wild Waterpark in North Phoenix. What a great place and quite the improvement since we were there last. Since Jason is only 46 inches tall there were a couple of slides he could not go on but still plenty to do for the family.

Texting is a great form of communication.
The Cerreto model in the Villages was sold at the trustee sale to a 3rd party. i.e. not the bank, for $181,500.
