I was asked yesterday why a realtor would list a home for waaaay above fair market value. Realtors don't make a dime until the sale closes. A great question and I'm not sure there is a blanket answer. I do know that in this business it is so important to know when to say no to working with buyers or sellers who just don't get it. Because time is money and when your pissing away your time, your other business and your family suffers.
