Correction and Back on Market in Aviano

The short sale Strada model at 3990 East Crest Lane just closed for $400K in an all cash purchase. At 3276 sq ft that comes to $122 a sq ft for this home with some nicer upgrades that was used as a rental property for some time. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, pool, spa and 2 car garage. I was in this home yesterday and it has some very nice upgrades. Only the second Mirasol I have seen to have the second garage entry door located by the powder room.
