Desert Ridge Activity
School starts Thursday. It is amazing how fast time goes. When I was a kid it seemed to drag forever. But back then a transistor radio was cutting edge technology and that was our entertainment option pretty much.
Attending a presentation on some new sign rider technology yesterday showcased the monster sized technology change that has occured in real estate. It all benefits the consumer and that is a good thing. Smart phones and tablets are baseline tools. On our last listing I had a QR code sign rider. Using a smart phone, you were taken to the MLS listing of that home simply by snapping a picture of the code on the sign rider. An Ipad or tablet device pretty much eliminates that bundle of paper listings Realtors carry around. I am contantly amazed by how much information we have at our fingertips 24/7.
