Inventory is starting to stabilize in Aviano with around 10 actual, actionable listings. Someone must have sprinkled the real estate bulk fiber laxative on our logjam of under contract homes as they are closing in an orderly fashion. I was out previewing for a client most of Friday and can I just say what a great metropolitan area this is? Folks that have lived here all their lives don't know how well laid out this road sysyem is. Aside for giving in to a few mountains, everything is North South East West and is so orderly.
