Desert Ridge Doings
Jay Thompson at www.phoenixrealestateguy.com stole my thunder this morning. His latest blog post about the massive negativity in what we have to read each day is right on.
Everyday I could link to any number of articles which are downers. But I am a happy person so I think there will be a break from this bad rain for awhile. There really are good things happening in real estate right now especially from a sellers perspective in Aviano. Lord help us if we go back to the days of 54 active listings. We woke up today so be happy and do your thing.

And almost as south from there as you can get before running into the 101 is Wildcat Ridge. This normal sale Continental Home at 3614 East Potter Drive just sold for $197,900. 1782 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage.
