Desert Ridge Real Estate
Aviano currently has 15 homes listed as active but in reality only 11 are able to have offers made on them. So inventory is shrinking a bit. Assisting with that shrinkage is the short sale Blanca at 3995 East Herrera Drive that is now under contract. Priced at $410K for 3500 sq ft it has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 3 car garage. Floorplan

Other Desert Ridge closed listings of note are the bank owned Shea home at 4609 East Kirkland Road that sold for $310K cash. 3050 sq ft with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, pool, spa, and 3 car garage. Built in 1997. The buyers agent for this home does a lot of flips so we may see this back on the market soon.

A normal sale Elliott Home, the Coronet model at 4916 East Esteven Road just closed for $310K using a conventional mortgage. Built in 1996, this home has 1876 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, pool, spa and 2 car garage.

Aviano residents may remember Art "the bug man", who was employed with Home Team Pest Defense. Art is now back working on the east side of town with Goldshot Exterminating. Their number is 623.388.0303. Art has forgotten more about bugs than most entomologists know. He was a walking classroom for the kids on the block who would find bugs and save them in plastic bags. The complete and thorough explanation of the type of bug and it's characteristics was fascinating. Welcome back Art!
