"The Top 5 Reasons You Should Not For Sale By Owner"

Aviano has seen demand drop significantly in the last six months and inventory has gone up. In each of the past three month timeframes there have been 9 sales. In the 6 month time frame from 3.28.15 to 9.27.15 there were 34 sales. The number of active listings has increased from 9 to 13 to our current 21. These forces combined have driven down the median comparable sales price and increased days on market. Based on the numbers from this morning there is a 7 month supply which easily puts Aviano into a buyers market.
