Fireside Aviano Sales
I lost track with a guy I knew from high school named Brian who turned out to be a career academic. Never worked a day in his life in the real world except for a summer bagging groceries. This kind of insulation from reality can't be a good thing. But I do not have a PHD so what do I know? When I get information like the article below from people in academia claiming to know the business, I am always skeptical. It is easy to say "we can expect a gradual recovery in the housing market".

Many times the 1st position folks will not put up with the wait or counter offer made buy the lender and pull the offer. After X number of months of negotiation there should be a good feel for what the lender will accept. This is a nice house on a large lot.

The Fiore model, unit 1170, just sold for $190K. 3 levels, 1330 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage. Building 13. When I was a kid I got a 45 record of "Imagine" by John Lenon who sang about imagining a world without country or religion. Sometimes I dream about my industry and how robust it would be without government "help" of any sort. I'll bet if I go get my PHD the importance of government "help" will become quite clear.
