The short sale Tarragona at 23205 North 39th Terrace did not close for $395K last week. This is another one of those mls auto closes that happens from time to time. When you get a contract on a listing the buyers agent and close of escrow date is input. So mls closes on that date but in short sale situations the close date is stretched out forever. So if the listing agent does not keep extending it in mls it will flip to closed. This is interesting for those watching the mls as it tells you what the accepted price is and who is the agent that brought the offer. So the listing agent then has to call mls to get the listing put back into AWC or Pending status so this information is not able to be seen. This happened 4.1.11 on the listing for the short sale Savino at 3921 East Patrick when it flipped to closed for $545K.
