Kinda Quiet in Desert Ridge
Somebody call the police and report theft of real estate activity in Desert Ridge. For the third day in a row there has been zero mls activity to speak of.
I am going to update the referral page today. Located under the "Stuff" tab, the referral page is a way to assist neighbors in Aviano and folks we work with in real estate. Call me if you have a question on any of them. And unlike those "neighborhood experts" on Zillow, etc. none of them paid anyone to be on the list. New to the list is Aviano neighbor Randy Bailin who is an ADT Security Specialist and can get you set up with alarm systems at very reasonable prices. Randys' number is 602.387.0664.
I will be doing an open house at our Savino listing Saturday 10-3 so stop by and say hello. 3929 East Patrick Lane. Should be a beautiful day and I will be recovering from the "lets show the kids how to paint by putting a new coat on the cool deck" experiment Thursday with fix up scheduled today.
As we plan the 2011 Christmas CD, it is a fact that the cd is going to extinct in our lifetime. Music downloads and mp3 players have changed how we use and access our music. Maybe one of these years I'll put all the music on a 1 GB thumb drive but that just won't have the same Merry Christmas feel.
