Backing out the 9 homes listed for sale in Aviano that are either way overpriced or unavailable for purchase, and we have 9 real listings left. 4 are short sale and 5 are normal sale.
There is 1 home for lease in Aviano. 21 in all of Desert Ridge.
There is a change happening on the larger real estate picture in Phoenix. Here are some of the inputs I read on a regular basis and whose basis in reality I deem to be accurate but not guaranteed:

Things are picking up. What happens as we slog through the balance of the year is anyones guess. Too many variables for my publicly educated brain to factor together. But sufice to say the market is changing.
