A new short sale listing for one of those Cassia Collection homes; the Solaria model at 22319 North Freemont Road is priced at $385K or $139 for each of the 2777 sq ft. A true veteran of the Aviano MLS scene, this home was listed for sale on 1.17.08 and was on the market for 644 days. Pricing went from $689,900 to $575K to $550K before the listing was cancelled. I previewed this home 1.25.08 and at that time it had plantation shutters, gas cooktop, slab granite in kitchen, double oven, gas line in laundry room and gravel in the backyard. Master bath vanity had 3X3 white tiles with white grout on the countertop and tub surround for a seriously institutional feel to the room. I recall there was the cutest little hibachi cooker sitting forlornly in the middle of the all gravel backyard. There are 2 sections of Ocotillo Collection homes: directly south of the age restricted mobile home park and on the far east side of Aviano from Rough Rider to Cashman siding to 40th Street. Lastly, when things close in mls and they really did not close, it truly is due to listing agent asleepatthewheel syndrome. Prior to our last close I got 3 emails from ARMLS alerting me to the fact that indeed, our listing was scheduled to close and to make sure all was in order. After it closed I got this this:
