New Aviano Invenory

Back on the market now due to a corporate relocation is the San Benito model at 22219 North 39th Street. Priced at $425K for 2981 sq ft, it has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, pool, spa, 3 car tandem garage, pavered front courtyard and gas firepit in the front courtyard. The landing area at the top of the stairs was made into a full bedroom with bath by Toll Brothers. Lots of real wood flooring on both the first and second floor. Backyard faces east and there is a wide wash separating the homes on this street from the Aviano Villages condominiums. Built in 2007 this home was sold 7.25.11 as a short sale for $410K with a conventional loan so it did appraise at that price then. This street of Ocotillo Collection homes is distinctive as there are no homes in back and the lots are larger than the usual Ocotillo Collection lots. This one has 8147 sq ft. Let me know if you would like to see it. With the almost non existent inventory in Aviano now, and the home being move-in ready, I am sure it will not be around for long as this is essentially a normal sale.

Purchased new from Toll on 9.29.05 for $662K, the Savino model at 3956 East Parkside Lane went back to the lender on 8.2.11 after no one paid the opening bid of $388,800. The lender has now put the home on the market for $440K or $127 for each of the 3477 sq ft. The location is right across the street from Wildfire Elementary School.
