The very nice Anguilla model at 22212 North 36th Street was a normal sale also and just closed for $595K or $155 a sq ft with a conventional loan as well. Very nice finishes throughout and has a huge West facing backyard. 3851 sq ft with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, pool, spa, little casita and 3 car garage. After a loooong process of swirling the drain and becoming bank owned, the Tercera at 3658 East Crest Lane just closed for $520K. Listed as 3961 sq ft but really around 4400 with the bonus room over the garage this home has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and a 3 car garage. There are some nice upgrades inside including lots of real wood flooring. Conventional loan so it appraised. I'm sure the folks on Crest are happy to have real live neighbors again.
