Obviously, only one of those multiple buyers is going to get the home so for those that will not, please pay attention:

$399K or $119 a sq ft for the short sale Brezza at 3984 East Hummingbird Lane.
$600K or $174 a sq ft for the short sale Strada at 22608 North 39th Run.
These are the 3 short sales. List price on short sales may be what the final agreement notice comes in at or it may be just a teaser price meant to get an offer in to the bank before it is sent to the trustee sale. Bottom line is that the end sale price of a short sale may be nowhere near the list price.
