I just had one of the original Jordan window guys come and replace the glass on a sliding patio door. Alberto Armenta is his name and his number is 602.696.5453. Alberto knew exactly how to do it and I can only imagine the extra time needed for someone who was not familiar with Jordan windows to learn on the job. Good guy - give him a call to replace your windows.

A great article from neighbor Sam "What the new mortgage closing process means for consumers" highlights the changes to the lending process thanks to Dodd Frank. It is now so important to use a highly knowledgeable lender to handle your purchase. Timeframes and triggers should be understood by all parties. No last minute stuff anymore. Ignorance could cost a buyer lots of money. The Faber College motto is "Knowledge is Good" - so true. Thanks Sam.

And from Housingwire.com; "MBA: Housing demand to surge over the next ten years." And in reading the reasons why it all makes sense. Lets all cross our fingers and hope the Federal Government does not screw it up.
