Squirrel Awareness Month is upon us. In the Desert Ridge area of beautiful North Phoenix Arizona we are blessed with an abundance of Harris' Antelope squirrels. Click HERE for a YouTube video of these beyond cute animals filmed in Cave Creek. 

From DSNews.com "Analysts Expect Home Price Appreciation to Continue Slowing" is right on the money. Here is the money line: "Until the job market and consumer income show signs of sustained growth, we do not believe that there will be sufficient catalysts to sustain strong upward growth in HPA (home price appreciation) in residential housing." We so need Ronald Reagan right now.
