Recent MLS activity in Aviano.
The Velez model at 22624 N 39th Terrace lowered list price to $645K.
The Borrego model at 3654 E Crest Lane dropped list price to $669,999.
The Serrantina model at 21812 N 36th St is now under contract. Last priced at $540K.
For lease there is a new Borrego listing at 3838 E Patrick Lane at $2900 a month.
The Mirasol model at 23217 N 39th Terrace is for lease at $3750 per month.
And the Tercera model at 3521 E Expedition Way is for lease at $3150 a month.
