Rent or Buy? Sales Big Picture for Phoenix Arizona

"Rent or Buy? Running the numbers on a Bethesda Condominium" was sent to me by neighbor Sam from the Washington Post. All of the websites like Zillow have improved on the accuracy of the information they provide. They all make money by charging Realtors to put our face next to listings and to become zip code "experts". That's the game currently but stay tuned as this business is changing at warp speed. The takeaway from this article is to use a Realtor once you have done your online due diligence.

Here is the statistical analysis of all of MLS for active, sold, new listings and total inventory for all residential listings in Phoenix MLS. Inventory is rising, sales volume is slowing so it must be the fourth quarter of the year.
