Reading material that has caught my eye recently:

The Savino model at 3956 East Parkside Lane went back to bank ownership on 7.27.11 when no one bid on it at the trustee sale. Opening bid was $388,800.
There are 22 homes currently in Aviano with trustee sale dates on their tax records. That is way down from the 55 or so we had a year ago on average.
Please help support the Arizona Animal Welfare League - the link is to the right with that cute dog. They now have 2 pages of dogs that need a home. We have adopted 2 dogs from these folks and they do tremendous work.
