The Housing Market
After listening to R.L. Brown last week and reading the latest observations from different sources, we are going to have bad mojo for a number of years in the real estate business. Neighbor Sam sent me this article and it is spot on with views from most industry folks. Here are some headlines from DSNews.com:

I just went to signing for some clients that will close later this week. The interest rate they got was 3.9% for a 30 year loan. This will not be seen again in our lifetimes. So if your fixing to get ready to buy - get it fixed quickly and do it. As interest rates rise your windoe of opportunity will close. It is not as important what you pay for a home as it is the cost of the money to do so.
